Duncan Warden, and TRI-FYT Training, currently provides personal training to individual clients and groups looking to improve their health, fitness, and quality of life, and provides intensive training to endurance athletes – from runners and triathletes to competition skaters – seeking to further enhance their skills and competitive edge.

IN-HOME Personal Training

Duncan will work with you in the privacy of your own home, for many people the perfect way to begin a training program. Duncan will design a training plan for you based on your specific goals; he will integrate equipment you already own and may recommend some other purchases specific to your needs.

ON-THE-ROAD Personal Training

Some athletes may desire hands-on training, either periodically or regularly as they train for their event. Duncan will meet you at the track for a set of repeat 400 intervals providing motivation and ensuring you are working at the appropriate intensity, or maybe you want an assessment of your swim or run form.

REMOTE Personal Training

Do you prefer to work out on your own – but aren’t quite sure what to do? Let Duncan prepare a personalized training plan to meet your goals based around the equipment you have available.

Bootcamps

Let Duncan and TRI-FYT Training put together a Boot Camp workout for you and your friends. Get ripped for summer with great music, good fun, and a mix of agility, cardio, core, and strength work to prepare you for the beach, the pool, the tennis court – wherever you want to look and feel your best.

TRI-FYT Racing

You may prefer less hands-on attention. Duncan will design a training program that will prepare you for your event – marathon, triathlon, charity bike ride or off-season sports conditioning.
