TRI-FYT Racing Team is the performance arm of TRI-FYT Training, LLC and is geared to work with athletes training for events, rather than general health and fitness. Most of the athletes are preparing for competitive and non-competitive events in multiple endurance sports – swimming, cycling, running, triathlon, adventure racing, and more. The TRI-FYT Racing Team is registered with USA Triathlon, USA Cycling, etc. to ensure your recognition and year-end rankings.
TRI-FYT Racing team aims to improve athletic performance while building a network of like-minded fellow athletes and team spirit among the members. The team practices out of two areas; Newton and Sherforn, MA.
TRI-FYT Racing Membership
$100 per calendar year (pro-rated)
- Group workouts and social gatherings
- Group forum for sharing ideas and information
- Weekly newsletter with training tips and information
- Access to generic running and triathlon training plans for standard distances (5K, 10K, sprint triathlon)
- Racing uniform will be required and will need to be worn at your events, with certain specific exceptions, such as if you run the Boston Marathon for a charlty and must wear their colors.
- Coaching support (and TRI-FYT Racing tent) at team races
Recommended, but not required - Individualized Training Plan
With Racing Membership, $75 per month - Your personalized training plan will be tailored to your racing schedule. It will address your weaknesses and make you a more balanced triathlete, whether your goal is to complete your first triathlon, qualify for the USAT National Age Group Championships or something in between.
- Workouts emailed to you daily
- Login to view your workouts in advance, enter post-workout comments, and use a variety of other training tools on the website
- Access to coach by phone or email
Optional: Specialized One-on-One Training
Cost depends upon type of training - Additional one-on-one training (graded exercise testing, swim technique, individual track workouts, etc.) will be available for an added cost. Outside options (bike fitting, wind-tunnel testing, etc.) may be available for an added cost depending upon the interests and needs of the members.

TRI-FYT Head Coach Duncan Warden is affiliated with Boston Sports Clubs, certified by USA Triathlon and the National Strength & Conditioning Association, and holds a Master's degree in exercise science. Duncan is currently coaching individual athletes training for swimming, cycling, running events and triathlons as well as relay teams. He has coached multiple runners to the successful completion of their first marathons and triathlons as well as coaching more veteran athletes to faster times in their events.
